Challenge Rules
1. Each month you will be invited to submit up to 4 images:

One print (any size) on the theme for the month.

One digital image on the theme for the month.

One print (any size) on any subject (open)

One digital image on any subject (open)
2. Bring your prints to the previous meeting, eg bring your Abstract prints to the January meeting.
3. Submit your digital images to the appropriate gallery on our website in time for the panel to view them (two weeks before the next general meeting would be safe).
4. Members are reminded that digital copies of your submitted prints should also be uploaded each month.
5. Each month a different judging panel will be appointed to decide Gold, Silver and Bronze awards for the images. There is no limit on the number of awards given each month (eg there may be some monthly challenges where 10 Gold awards given and some months where no Gold awards are given).
PLEASE NOTE:
Prints may not exceed 20" x 16" including mount. Digital images must not exceed 1024 pixels along their longest edge, must be saved in JPEG format and may not have a file size of more than 200kb.
All entries must clearly show the submitting member's number, image title and the section entered. As competition entries are judged anonymously, members should not put their names on the entries. Membership numbers are printed on the cards members receive after paying their annual subscription.
